What we collect and why

• Demo request: name, company, email and number of trucks; optionally country, phone and a message. We use them to contact you and set up the demo. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request, and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
• Waitlist: your email and language; optionally company, country and approximate number of trucks. The app also records the IP address from which you sign up (for IPv6, only its /64 block). We first send you one email with a link to confirm your sign-up; until you confirm, you are not on the list. Then we use them to invite you to try Flexline TMS and to write to you about it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 12 of Romanian Law 506/2004), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us, without affecting what was done before.
• News: only if you ticked the box, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Demo request: to prevent abuse, we keep the IP address from which it was sent; if you tick the news box, we also keep, as proof of that consent, the time, the IP address and the version and fingerprint of the checkbox text.
• For the waitlist, the app records the confirmation time, IP address and version and fingerprint of the consent text displayed on its confirmation page. The web checkbox is not that proof.

How long we keep it

Demo: at most 12 months from the last contact, then deleted. Waitlist: all unconfirmed entries are deleted after 30 days, including those from the portal. If a confirmation link sent shortly before is still valid on that day, the entry is deleted when the link expires, at most 48 hours later. Confirmed entries await an invitation without automatic deletion. On withdrawal, the other data and metadata are deleted; only the email, language and technical status needed to prevent further emails remain, with no automatic expiry. Records used to limit confirmation emails (a fingerprint of the email and the IP address) are deleted after 30 days.

Who sees it

Only the Flexline TMS team. We do not sell it or use it for anyone else’s advertising. This site uses no tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR); write to info@flexlinetms.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
