What we collect and why

• Demo request: name, company, email and number of trucks; optionally country, phone and a message. We use them to contact you and set up the demo. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request, and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
• Waitlist: your email and, optionally, company and number of trucks. We use them to tell you, once, when the plans are available. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 12 of Romanian Law 506/2004), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us, without affecting what was done before.
• News: only if you ticked the box, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To prevent abuse and as proof of consent we keep the time of sending, the IP address and the version of this text.

How long we keep it

At most 12 months from the last contact; then we delete it. Waitlist data is deleted earlier if you withdraw.

Who sees it

Only the Flexline TMS team. We do not sell it or use it for anyone else’s advertising. This site uses no tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR); write to info@flexlinetms.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
